Requirements:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience at a broadcast TV station OR at a corporate marketing / creative agency.
- Creative writer who can turn concepts into compelling marketing copy.
- Adept at shooting with c *** orders and DSLRs and lighting talent and interviewees.
- Sharp aesthetics for video editing, graphic design, and typography placement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and co *** ict-resolution skills.
- Solid organization and time management in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage, prioritize, and track multiple projects while still meeting deadlines.
- Take initiative to get things done, sometimes with little or no direction or supervision.
- Familiar with digital and social *** marketing strategies.
- Portfolio that shows demonstrated skills with writing, producing, video editing, and creating text treatments/motion animations.
- Knowledge of Edius or Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and After Effects
- Must be willing to work in Midland Texas. This is not a remote or hybrid position.
- Must be able to work flexible hours when needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
