ABOUT THIS ROLE
Based in Singapore, we are looking for an experienced, strategic and highly collaborative leader to manage the integrated production across our global tentpole titles and projects. The Associate Director, Integrated Production, Global Tentpole is a newly established role, responsible for leading and managing all facets of production across global tentpole titles, working closely with Audible's internal global production and studio teams, as well as, external third party production houses and *** . As this is a newly established position and team, you will be setting up the processes, workflows and systems from scratch, as well as working on projects at the same time.

As an Associate Director, Integrated Production, Global Tentpole you will...
- Lead and manage all facets of production across global tentpole projects
- In conjunction with the program manager, own and build project timelines and deliverables, acting as the global production point of contact for each global tentpole project
- Provide oversight, direction and support to the internal local production teams for all stages of the content production, from concepting, planning, recording, pre-production, production and post
- Provide direction and manage external third-party production houses, freelancers and external *** when necessary; including oversight of casting, recording, post production, quality check and final delivery of content
- Effectively communicate with, manage and support internal Audible teams, agency teams, vendor partners, production partners to achieve delivery standards and timelines and ensure all necessary steps of the production process are completed for each project
- Resource and support production partners, to ensure best in class production outputs that aligns with Audible's vision
- Keep up to date with Audible guidelines, technical specifications and legal compliances
- Actively manage and coordinate with global production and content teams on all production details such as localization, QC, legal requirements, rights management, timelines, operational process and project budgets
- Manage and deliver on the assets required for the integrated programs for each global tentpole project - connecting with key stakeholders across the global business, including marketing, product and operations
- Create processes and documentation to deliver to timelines and Audible expectations, as well as developing efficiencies as the projects evolve
- Complete other duties as assigned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree or similar
- Experience working within a *** production environment, or post production facilities, with a demonstrated track record of successful stakeholder management
- Experienced in project-flow management
- Experienced with working across multiple regions or on complex project with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with defining, developing, and utilizing data-driven metrics and qualitative information
- Experience with multi-tasking and prioritizing multiple demands

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience or strong interest in spoken word audio entertainment

Your impact:

Oprah Daily - the multiplatform lifestyle brand from Oprah Winfrey and *** Magazines that is making it a daily practice to live your best life - seeks an Associate Producer to help with its video operation. This Associate Producer will be responsible for creating content to support original videos. The role will require the ability to juggle multiple projects, assist with research, casting/booking efforts, element pulling and working closely with video editors, producers, talent and outside vendors. The Associate Producer must have a thorough communication style, be nimble and have the ability to assist in the effort to produce video at scale and on short notice, and have a passion for the digital video landscape. Familiarity with and a passion for the Oprah brand is a must.

What you'll do:

• Assist the Senior Producer in producing videos that feature both staff talent and outside talent
• Identify and pitch new video talent who have expertise in wellness, health and self-care
• Contribute to ideation and development efforts for existing and new franchises
• Work with the video team to build a library of original video content
• Write scripts for various video franchises and do cut downs on post production scripts
• Assist with live productions
• Manage the production calendar for the video team
• Coordinate guest bookings in person and remote
• Coordinate crew logistics, transportation, and *** delivery for production
• Work with editorial and social *** teams to coordinate delivery of content
• Some *** management and production coordination

Who you are:

• You have some field production, post-production and live experience.
• You have a minimum of 3 years creative production experience and a well-rounded list of credits and clips, demonstrating experience in both traditional and digital video landscapes - including for social *** .
• You have a passion and curiosity for multiple genres, and an understanding of the digital landscape and prestige digital production.
• You are deadline driven and results oriented.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are a problem solver by nature.
• You have the ability to work an extended schedule as productions require.

The base salary for this role is *** ween $64,000 and $66,625 . The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future .

This is a position covered under the Writers Guild of America, East, Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Job Summary:

The Casting Department manages the casting responsibilities associated with major film projects of TWDS. The department serves as the liaison *** ween the Studio, production executives, and talent throughout production before, during, and after principal shooting. Searchlight is looking for a qualified, enthusiastic, and positive individual to join the team!

Responsibilities:

• Works with primary and location casting team to make sure they submit all necessary casting documentation
• Support Casting Manager with legal and casting admin for hiring of casting directors internationally
• Support Casting Manager to double checks, confirms, and submits casting director credits to Credit and Title Administration
• Facilitate the internal casting process with scheduling sessions, self-tape appointments, running camera, troubleshooting equipment, and uploading of tapes
• Creates session and status lists for internal casting
• Checks actor availabilities
• Coordinating the process of creating project lists and master lists
• Reading and breaking down scripts
• Roll calls & answer phones as needed
• Schedule internal & external meetings as needed
• Maintaining calendar as needed
• Preparing and submitting expense reports as needed
• Liaising with other *** executives, producers, Casting Executives, and other assistants internally and externally
• Supporting departmental projects as needed
• Maintaining organizational documents and monitoring status of deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years experience as a Casting Assistant or with a Casting Company or Studio In-House team and interest in a career in casting
• Strong relationships and network within the Casting community for TV or films
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong skills and proficiency with Mac, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, iMovie, Cast It, Qwire, Fast Capture, QuickTime, Zoom, Slack, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of SAG rules and protocols is a plus
• Demonstrated organizational skills

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $51,300.00-$66,300.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

Job Description

The Casting Coordinator will report to the EVP, Casting and will support talent aspects of *** , *** , E!, Bravo, Oxygen, Syfy, USA, Universal Kids & Syndication *** .

Essential Responsibilities:

• Manage heavy phones, calendars, and contact management
• Manage individual and team expenses and coordinate travelwith our internal travel consultants
• Meticulously track the status of talent and production for all projects
• Responsible for general office management (ordering & restocking supplies, conference room bookings & logistics, knowledge of company policies & procedures, etc.)
• Liase with internal departments and *** as well as external studio partners and agencies/management companies
• Oversee the hiring and day-to-day supervision of our Academic Year Interns
• Support talent efforts for the *** U Entertainment Group
• Develop relationships with talent and their representatives
• Complete other casting and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of industry experience
• Professional phone etiquette, top-tier organization, multitasking, and communication skills
• Working knowledge of SharePoint/OneDrive, Keynote, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience supporting high-level executives
• Willing and able to attend casting and talent related events after hours and/or on weekends

Desired Characteristics

• Prior talent experience with a casting office, network, studio, production, or talent booking company preferred
• Experience in scripted television and digital content, ideally from a talent or development standpoint
• Experience with casting software such as Cast It, Breakdown Express, and Eco Cast
• Knowledge of editing software a plus (iMovie, Final Cut, Premiere Pro, AVID)
• Strong verbal and written communication skillsrequired
• Comfortable and professional when working with talent
