Job Description

The Researcher position at Nightly News Weekend is a great opportunity to learn and master all of the building blocks of broadcast news, while also gaining experience working on deeply reported and highly produced pieces for air.

As a Researcher, you will work directly with Producers and Senior Producers to help write and assist in the production of original content for Nightly News.

Responsibilities:

Assist in producing original news content, primarily for broadcast, including, but not limited to, research, conducting interviews, writer and editing scripts, field producing and shooting, and overseeing editing
Search social *** for video and characters, and get the proper permissions
Pitch story ideas and work on assigned stories developed by the editorial team
Work with Senior Producers and Director in managing all aspects of the rundown, including timing, graphic and tape elements

You will help a variety of advertisers across a range of industries measure the effectiveness of their advertising across the *** *** ecosystem. You'll design, execute and manage research projects in order to prove the value of advertising across *** ensuring you deliver actionable recommendations to clients.

In addition to being a dedicated measurement partner for sales teams in Europe and the Middle East, many campaigns booked out of the region will be global by nature so experience of managing and analysing multi country studies would be preferential.

We'll trust you to:

Design, implement and manage multiple research studies that measure advertising effectiveness across *** *** 's multiplatform portfolio, which includes digital, TV, print, social, audio, events and sponsored content.
Devise appropriate research methodologies in line with client KPIs, as well as writing appropriate questionnaires.
Analyse and present findings internally as well as to clients and agencies.
Extract key learnings and recommendations to improve an advertiser's return on investment.
Forward thinking, looking for new and innovative ways to prove the value of advertising across *** properties
Build strong relationships with research partners and panel providers in order to create an efficient process.
Work closely and collaborate with the *** *** *** and Sales team, as well as *** planning and campaign management, pricing and inventory and project managers to streamline the process and ensure clients KPIs are met.

Our Buyside Enterprise Solution helps our clients make quicker and more informed decisions by empowering them with the tools they need to define appropriate investment universes, implement optimal investment portfolio strategies, easily and accurately measure portfolio risk and return, and streamline their overall investment management workflow.

What's the role?
As Relationship Manager you have overall responsibility to manage a client book of business across our Portfolio and Risk Enterprise Products. You will be responsible for growing revenue within these clients both by identifying cross-selling opportunities, while also driving usage and adoption of our products to encourage revenue growth. You'll work closely with Implementation, Support, and Operations to ensure firms are using the enterprise solution as intended and supported at the level the buy-side community expects from a strategic investment technology partner.

You'll build strong relationships across your coverage and find opportunities to expand the firm's use of buy-side enterprise services. You'll demonstrate credibility with competency and knowledge of the buy-side community and have a deep understanding of fundamental portfolio management concepts such as performance attribution, multi-factor risk models, and portfolio optimization.

We'll trust you to:

Build, own, and manage relationships with key customers, including C-suites and senior management
Utilise these relationships to understand strategic business objectives and requirements, and to work with them in achieving their goals by using *** Portfolio & Risk Analytics solutions
Understand the client's business, infrastructure, and key workflows with the goal of (1) finding opportunities to generate revenue by upselling our full range of Portfolio & Risk Enterprise Solutions across new teams and functions;
