What: long-lead production for a 1x day consumer event featuring high profile talent in the tech industry.
Position reports to the Event Producer.

Primary responsibilities:
- Liaise with talent and their representatives
- Liaise with ticketed consumers to effectively communicate any information needed.
- On site event supervision / coverage
- Create and maintain event one sheets, production schedule, event binders, contact sheet and any other production related documents as necessary
- Assist Event Producer as needed in all elements of event planning and execution.

Candidate must be organized, extremely detail oriented, able to multi-task, work well in a high stress environment, proficient in Excel and a team player
Previous event production experience required

Job Description

The Associate Producer is responsible for the successful coordination and execution of a show. The role of the AP is to work with the Producer in preparing the editorial content for the broadcast, assist with the management of different aspects of the production in coordination with internal support areas.

Job Duties:

Assist in all aspects of production and ensure that all information is sound and accurate while finding innovative ways to execute productions.
Required to be in the control room and have complete knowledge of the control room environment.
Responsible for producing breves and promos needed for broadcast and digital platforms.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:
