Responsibilities:
*Use AVID, Excel, Google Docs, and Google Drive to create, submit, process, and track status of master orders
*Reviewing, processing, and facilitating execution of License Agreements
*Tracking status of clearance issues and preparing restricted shots reports
*Communicating regularly with vendors, editors and producers
*Preparing program deliverables and creating Deliverables Logs
*Preparing cost reports
*Preparing credits
*Managing/tracking department expenses , invoices and POs
