Freelance Development Assistant/AP
We’re looking for someone to work freelance on several projects in our Development Department. We need someone who is upbeat, has a can-do attitude and brings their enthusiasm to work. We want someone who watches a lot of reality TV and has their finger on the pulse of what’s happening in pop culture. Someone who works well with others, but who can also work independently and get the job done.
Responsibilities include:
• Deep research of topical ideas for development brainstorms
• Skyping potential talent and editing casting tapes
• Writing one sheets
• Assisting in creation and execution of all pitch materials including decks, sizzle reels, loglines, and one-sheets
• General assisting for the team as needed
• A knowledge of Avid is a must
• Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus
