Busy unscripted production company looking for a a Manager of Development to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is excited about development and is knowledgeable on all things TV, not afraid to come up with ideas and speak their opinions, and is ready for any task that comes their way.
Duties include heavy research and casting, being comfortable cold calling and conducting in-depth Skype interviews, and someone who's an idea generator who is comfortable diving into many different genres and formats.
You will be tasked with writing and designing one sheets and decks, so having Photoshop or graphic design experience is a must. We will need to see samples.
We are an all-hands-on-deck team, so the ideal candidate is comfortable doing all tasks big and small, and is ready to learn and build their skillset.
