NYC prod-co looking for a DIRECTOR of Development who has a proven track record of creating new reality shows. Applicant should have a minimum of THREE years of experience in development.
Applicant should watch huge amount of reality TV and be very (very) current on what networks are looking for.
Applicant should have extensive experience
- Concepting ideas for new shows
- Casting in the most creative and unorthodox ways
- Skyping and editing pitch tapes
- Writing pitches
- Burning the midnight oil
