Award winning international distributor All3Media International is seeking an energetic intern to join their small, but busy, NY team. You will be joining during an exciting time as the company footprint in the Americas is rapidly growing. “Americas” is inclusive of Canada, the U.S and the Pan Latin Regions (Central/South America). The role will primarily be office based, but will provide a brilliant introduction into the acquisitions, co-production, and distribution industry. The successful candidate must be immediately available and responsibilities will include;
Day to day support for All3Media International America office;
General administration and organization of client management systems;
Research and report on trade events and local markets in the US;
Screening All3Media content, as well as competitor content within the US television & SVOD landscape;
Support with minute taking in sales and teams meetings;
Assist with vendor research and quotes;
Assist with sales availability, spreadsheets and reporting;
Support ad hoc office operational needs and other project requirements.
The successful candidate must add value to a close knit team, thrive in a fast paced environment and demonstrate the following;
Appetite to learn, displays a positive attitude, and is passionate about content;
Hands on, energetic and proactive self-starter who can works independently as well as within a team environment;
Good in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and ability to perform data entry;
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills;
Ability to work and communicate with all levels of the organization and senior management;
Good organizational skills, eye for detail, and ability to multitask;
Prior experience of an entertainment internship or experience would be a plus;
Proficiency in a second language preferable, but not required.
