Job Description

The Manager, International Digital *** , is responsible for managing international paid *** campaigns for the theatrical team.

Centralized *** planning and buying is at the core of the position followed by strategy and coordination activities, budget management and support for specific projects amongst others.

Essential Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day of digital *** campaigns and deliverables with the *** Agency, global partners (Google, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Spotify, etc.)
Work with the centralized *** agency and markets to develop an international *** summary for Sr. Management for all assigned titles
Draft international *** strategies based on a review of comparable titles, creative materials available, discussion within-group and department, brainstorming sessionsand past campaigns

This Summer Internship is from May/June through August 30th (start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules) and all candidates must be able to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday in the specified location. DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
The People Transformation Intern will work within the People & Organization (P&O)/Human Resources group at *** Entertainment (SPE) to implement improvement projects and initiatives to drive operational excellence and effectiveness of the P&O Team. The People Transformation Team collaborates globally across across SPE to leverage Continuous Improvement, Data & Analytics and Change Management to implement solutions to transform our ways of working.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in documenting standardized procedures and workflows for various HR tasks
Assist with training documentation
Collaborate with HR team members to collect data and analyze existing workflows
Opportunity to participate and learn about Human Resources and complete projects that are value added to the business
Maintain documentation of improvement efforts, including project plans, meeting minutes, and progress reports
Help monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of implemented improvements
Assist team in administrative tasks and supporting daily activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Working toward a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Proficiency with various Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intellectual curiosity with a keenness to learn new skills and expand capabilities
A problem-solver constantly looking for ways to work efficiently

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Understanding of HR processes and/or systems
