General Responsibilities:

This position will report directly to the President and General Manager and will work closely with the Office Manager and all departments. This position also requires maintaining the responsibilities of an administrative assistant and will require a dedicated and disciplined individual to focus on each part of the expected duties.

Job Duties:

• Welcome and assist visitors; deliveries or incoming/outgoing mail. Maintain the front area office in a clean and professional appearance.

Qualifications

This is a part-time project / limited term position with an estimated duration for College Football season (Mid-Late May to December) unless otherwise amended.

As a Production Assistant, you are responsible for assisting production personnel in all phases of sports production for *** 's College Football coverage.

Responsibilities:

• Organize weekly edit projects for producers and editors
• Gather video and photo assets to use in packages and other elements
• Reach out to PR teams and third parties for asset collection
• Pitch game or studio ideas in weekly meetings with the assigned production team
• Help create select sequences for producers to use when editing teases - assisting with shot selection and securing footage
• Restore and manage offline *** and retrieve archived assets from MAM
• Archive and catalogue footage
• Create screeners to send out to the production team and other parties
• Create and log melts for College Football games and distribute to various networks
• Clip off production elements that aired during games each week
• Key liaison to the lead producers of College Football
• Responsible for relaying and disseminating information on a weekly basis to the production staffs
• Ability to dissect the intricacies of football using graphics and telestration (Piero)
• Run the edit for sports Emmy submissions throughout the year - clipping off Emmy segments from games to create 'selects' cutdowns

The Position

*** is seeking an experienced, innovative, and collaborative creative leader to oversee brand creative marketing across the Growth & Lifecycle (On-Platform, Demand Generation & Product Marketing) and Always-on Performance *** teams. As a Production Coordiantor, you are an integral part of the GOLF Operations team reporting to the VP, Golf Operations. You are responsible for supporting the production coordination needs of the assigned broadcast for remote GOLF events. In addition, as needed, you are expected to interface and collaborate with colleagues working in the Studio to help facilitate all aspects of event logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Support Production and Operations personnel during every phase of productionboth remotely and in studio
• Occasional oversight of daily hire personnel for Production/Timecard Submission
• Ability to navigate internal databases and documents regarding broadcast schedules, crewing and personnel
• Assist in reconciling the remote event's budget in partnership with the onsite Production Manager
• Responsible for all aspects of travel logistics for Talent, Production and Crew (Air, Hotel, Ground Transportation)
• Work with internal partners and vendors regarding Remote and Studio Logistics: Crewing, Scheduling Team, HR, Building Admin (seating), IT, event catering, cleaning schedules, etc. (as applicable)
• Must be fiscally responsible in managing purchase cards and budgets of assigned sporting events
• Coordinate with internal partners & various broadcast partners, regarding show deliverables and logistics
• Provide support with administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field;or equivalent years of experience
• Minimum two (2+) years' experience in the television/film production business, preferably at a network or production facility
• Basic knowledge of Sports production

Role Summary

The *** Universal Advertising and Partnerships Communications team is looking for a pro-active self-starter who is passionate about communications and is willing to roll-up their sleeves and dive into all thing's *** relations, research, tracking, writing and more, supporting the company's business goals. The Communication Coordinator, Advertising and Partnerships, serves as a key member of the team aiding the department's day-to-day operations, ensuring that all aspects of the Communications department run smoothly.

This individual will specifically work on the External Communications vertical and will support communications responsibilities, including Event Management, Partnership Executions, Sports and Entertainment Sponsorship Communications, Awards Management, Client & Agency Communications, Research Management, and Data and Technology Product Communications. In addition, this individual will assist the team with various administrative functions and operational duties and may be involved in special projects across the group.

Responsibilities

Administrative Duties:

• Support administrative needs of the Communications department (coordinate calendar, IT, supplies and facilities services, set up and produce in-person and virtual meetings, take detailed notes during key meetings, keep external press lists and internal distribution lists up to date, maintain executive bios & headshots, organize team files, assist with meeting prep, develop decks, as well as help to manage billing, invoices and expenses, and book travel as needed)
  

Monitor, Research, Distribute, Apply Knowledge:

• Responsible for ongoing press tracking as well as the division's daily morning clips process; monitoring major papers, trades, newsletters and online outlets as well as social platforms for relevant *** Universal news and industry clips and distribute to multiple audiences including *** Universal senior executives, the company's various communications teams and division-wide Advertising & Partnerships employees.

About the Role

In this role, you'll serve as Project Manager for Foundry's Content Operations ("FCO") team across a variety of Lifestyle verticals (Auto, Travel, Retail, etc.). You'll be responsible for managing the production of Native Content, including the fulfillment of operational and administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) facilitating creative team assignments, budget and project tracking, and regular communication of project status updates.

The ideal candidate brings project management experience from a publisher, *** company and/or agency. Creative problem solving, excellent project management skills, compatibility with a variety of working styles and top-notch organization are all key attributes of ideal candidates for this job. Those who have a passion for content within our key verticals (Auto, Travel, Retail, etc) will be strongly considered.

In addition to daily tasks such as invoicing, contracting, and database (Airtable) tracking, you'll work closely with an Associate Director-level lead to understand the budget requirements, resourcing needs, schedule considerations, and production logistics of a project, then orchestrate the people, content, and funds to turn that project into reality. We'll work to quickly onboard you so that you'll be owning small-scale executions within a month's time, and empowering you to bring your own problem-solving & project management skills to our team.

• Project Management
  
  • Work closely with client activation lead to establish project timelines
  • Ensure budgets are allocated appropriately at kickoff, and team allowances do not exceed the approved COGs
  • Act as the center of information for a native project; organizing all pertinent information, clarifying deliverables needed, engaging the appropriate team members and external partners, and clearly communicating project needs, deliverables, deadlines, and individual responsibilities

  • Maintain Airtable database to maintain detailed filing of deliverables, project coding, expense tracking, and team assignments

• Vendor Maintenance and Contracting
  
  • Source, negotiate, contract, and onboard vendors (e.g. freelance writers, photographers, illustrators, etc)
  • Oversee invoicing for all executed contracts on assigned programs
• Pre Sale Scoping
  
  • Assist with creative brainstorms to create budget estimates, and inform timelines during pitch phase
• Deliverable Management
  
  • Package up creative deliverables for the internal teams in a timely and organized manner
  • Communicate necessary caveats, notes and questions for client activation team in client-friendly manner
  • Effectively distill, translate, and address client feedback in a professional, and solutions-oriented manner

• Photo Production
  
  • Act as photo production lead on all custom digital and print programs, overseeing production logistics, spending, contracting, creative development, and execution from pre- to post- production
  • Supervise photo productions to ensure shoots run efficiently, effectively and deliver against program expectations
  • Work with Studio managers to gather availability of studio spaces and internal production crew

Qualifications and Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant work experience and qualifications to be equally weighted

Experience

• 2-4 years in a full-time production or project management position, preferably at a publisher, *** company and/or agency
• Experience working on photoshoots is a plus

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Proficiency in Google Suite and Gmail is required
• Airtable experience is preferred
• Ability to work quickly and smartly, and top-notch organization skills
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional (or academic) environment
• Ability to manage a production budget

Location

• Based in the New York metro area and comfortable with a hybrid workplace (required 3 days a week in office)
• May require occasional travel to our satellite offices and production *** in Birmingham, Des Moines, or other locations for production-related needs

Pay Range
Salary: $56,000 - $80,000

The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash *** 's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives. RESPONSIBILITIES :
