We are a creative full-service production company and studio facility that is always on the go.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, out going, hard working candidate to join the party!

Our company works on a wide range of productions, including commercial projects, digital content, branded content, short and long form, as well as developing original content and live broadcasts for a long list of clients.

Our Production Coordinator oversees a wide range of production duties in all phases of a project, as well as some of the day to day operations of the office.

Our Production Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
• All aspects of pre production
• Create Bids
• experience in creative treatments with keynote, ppt, etc for design help
• Review shoot schedules and work with Production Manager to make sure all is in order
• Handle equipment orders with vendors
• Handle contracts with crew and talent including deal memos
• Location permitting and securing and processes
• Oversee COI’s, work with broker on coordination of paper work
• Crew booking and scheduling
• Petty cash management
• Helping producers with bidding and proposals. Assigning job numbers and tracking
• Manage tech coordinator / camera PA time and logistics over all jobs
• Overseeing creation of preproduction books
• Manages Production templates
• Supervises travel plans / logistics
• Scout locations with Producers for logistical plan (parking, power, load in, street access, etc.)
• Calendar management: tracking meetings, shoot dates, travel dates, etc
• Studio scheduling: Manage studio calendar, fielding studio enquiries and handing off to appropriate team member
• Will work with post production team on schedules and client deliverables

Experience: Must have experience and be familiar with the fast pace atmosphere of a production company. At least 5 years experience working in the field.

Must be familiar with budgeting software, all office software, and some knowledge of standard adobe platforms such as Premier, power point, excel, photoshop, lightroom, etc.

You must be a team player, who can work well under pressure, delegate responsibilities to coordinators, PA’s and interns.

National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) is hosting an annual conference in Las Vegas 6/18 - 6/21. Our team will be filming the event to produce stock footage style archival content and post-produce a Highlight Sizzle along with additional marketing content. You will be working to help manage logistics for a crew of 12-15.

Applicant should be capable of facilitating great communication and a seamless workflow between the Event Producer, Creative Producer, Lead Editor and crew. You will need to manage production documents via our shared google drive and revise/deliver production schedules, post-production schedules, short briefs for crew (text/email) and call sheets. PC will also need to order team lunches and coordinate pick-ups/drop offs with our driver.

Teams will be on a 12hr day but likely wrap in 8-10. There will be plenty of breaks and downtime.

Job Description

PLEASE NOTE: This is a project / limited term position with an estimated duration of 6-12 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.

As a Production Coordiantor, you are an integral part of the GOLF Operations team reporting to the VP, Golf Operations. You are responsible for supporting the production coordination needs of the assigned broadcast for remote GOLF events. In addition, as needed, you are expected to interface and collaborate with colleagues working in the Studio to help facilitate all aspects of event logistics.

Responsibilities:

Support Production and Operations personnel during every phase of productionboth remotely and in studio
Occasional oversight of daily hire personnel for Production/Timecard Submission
Ability to navigate internal databases and documents regarding broadcast schedules, crewing and personnel
Assist in reconciling the remote event's budget in partnership with the onsite Production Manager
Responsible for all aspects of travel logistics for Talent, Production and Crew (Air, Hotel, Ground Transportation)
Work with internal partners and vendors regarding Remote and Studio Logistics: Crewing, Scheduling Team, HR, Building Admin (seating), IT, event catering, cleaning schedules, etc. (as applicable)
Must be fiscally responsible in managing purchase cards and budgets of assigned sporting events

Job Description

As part of the *** U Cable Creative Marketing Department, the production coordinator will be responsible for operational and project management duties involved with show marketing campaigns across BRAVO, E!, OXYGEN, SYFY, USA NET****, and UNIVERSAL ****.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the production, approvals, and delivery process for a high volume of show marketing deliverables including On Air, Social, Digital, Paid *** , & Design
Track incoming creative briefs, manage assets and folder organization for new projects, and update status documents and tracking platforms accordingly
Act as a liaison to multiple departments and cross-functional partners including Brand Marketing, Programming/Development, Multiplatform, Social, Publicity, *** , Legal, Ad Sales, etc.
Effectively communicate project details such as deadlines, changes in schedule, and legal feedback to internal teams
Facilitate onboarding of new vendors and act as key communicator with vendors throughout the lifecycle of a project
Book VO Artists and VO auditions. Manage VO contracts, scheduling, and invoicing
Maintain all marketing music cues and reports
Code, process and track all production team invoices. Partner with VP Production and the finance team on coding, accruals, pacing, financial quarter close, and new vendor setups.
Help maintain campaign production budgets in airtable. Work with project managers to keep all estimates and billing up to date.
Schedule meetings and maintain the calendar for the SVP of Creative.
Assist SVP of Creative with travel coordination and expenses.
Partner with SVP to assist with other creative projects as needed.
Actively participate in department and team brainstorms.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in the entertainment industry and/or post production

Administer weekly Production Dept. staff and facilities scheduling. Includes scheduling IATSE Stagecraft, Director, AD and Material Management staff. Update schedules daily as required and digitally generate and post via Microsoft Teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in film, television, communications, marketing, management, or related field
Must have experience in live television, scheduling, production, or related field, preferably Production Coordinator experience.
Internship experience at television stations or production companies are an asset.
Must be extremely proficient in administrative tasks and on a PC - Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and OneDrive are musts.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment. Attention to detail and ability to rapidly prioritize daily tasks and administrative responsibilities.

Lead and coordinate localization efforts, ensuring the delivery of key assets and adapting as necessary to meet the success criteria of assigned campaigns.

Qualifications:

Fluent in AV types and formats with an understanding of the fundamentals of asset management, servicing, and trafficking
Knowledge of localization workflows, including graphic packages, subtitling and dubbing of short-content marketing and/or PR materials.
