Sibling Rivalry is seeking a full time, skilled, intelligent and highly organized production coordinator with experience in post-production and production to work in our studio along-side EP and Head of Production.
We are looking for someone who is extremely organized and responsible, who has the ability to implement systems and structure and to multitask with patience and a positive attitude. You will be responsible for making sure projects run smoothly as well as assisting with a variety of production work. Responsibilities will include taking notes on conference calls, covering phones for reception at times, correspondence with clients and making sure calls are returned, overseeing scheduling for projects, setting up conference calls and meetings, coordinating domestic and international travel, holding crew and resources for jobs, managing costs on projects, submitting purchase orders, managing treatments and conducting research. Creative problem solving with an ability to adapt to change in a fast paced environment is a must.
The successful candidate will have some experience in a production or a support role. We are looking for someone who is confident, positive, detail-oriented, who has exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and is able to prioritize deadlines under pressure.
Candidates must be extremely comfortable with technology in a Mac environment, you must be proficient in MS Office (excel & word). A passion for design and knowledge of how to use the Adobe Suite is a bonus (Indesign and Photoshop).

National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) is hosting an annual conference in Las Vegas 6/18 - 6/21. Our team will be filming the event to produce stock footage style archival content and post-produce a Highlight Sizzle along with additional marketing content. You will be working to help manage logistics for a crew of 12-15.

Applicant should be capable of facilitating great communication and a seamless workflow between the Event Producer, Creative Producer, Lead Editor and crew. You will need to manage production documents via our shared google drive and revise/deliver production schedules, post-production schedules, short briefs for crew (text/email) and call sheets. PC will also need to order team lunches and coordinate pick-ups/drop offs with our driver.

Teams will be on a 12hr day but likely wrap in 8-10. There will be plenty of breaks and downtime.

As a Production Coordiantor, you are an integral part of the GOLF Operations team reporting to the VP, Golf Operations. You are responsible for supporting the production coordination needs of the assigned broadcast for remote GOLF events. In addition, as needed, you are expected to interface and collaborate with colleagues working in the Studio to help facilitate all aspects of event logistics.

Responsibilities:

Support Production and Operations personnel during every phase of productionboth remotely and in studio
Occasional oversight of daily hire personnel for Production/Timecard Submission
Ability to navigate internal databases and documents regarding broadcast schedules, crewing and personnel
Assist in reconciling the remote event's budget in partnership with the onsite Production Manager
