Stamford, CT - based production company looking for a local Production Coordinator to join our team.
Must be local to Stamford, CT. This position will report to the local Production Office and to the field as needed.
Applicants should be ambitious, hardworking, professional, and detail oriented.
Candidates must possess the following attributes:
Goal-oriented and motivated
Must be well-organized and knowledge of camera, lighting, and grip equipment
Attention to detail with the ability to multitask a must
Excellent written communication skills
Responsibilities include:
Must have office and field experience along with familiarity with hiring crews, booking travel, and gear coordination
Must have experience renting gear and communicating with crews to create a show equipment list
Familiar with camera, lighting, and grip rental houses. A + if you have local vendor contacts.
We are looking for someone with a strong logistical skillset
Strong experience working with Excel and various spreadsheet programs
Planning and organizing production schedules & shoots
Experience coordinating and traveling crews and gear
Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skillset. Candidates should be able to pivot easily and solve problems on the fly.
This is a Mon-Fri office position entirely in-person.
