We are looking to build our roster of Production Coordinators/Managers for several upcoming productions. Working locations include: remotely, in our Chelsea offices, and occasionally field locations.

Ideal candidate will have experience working in non-union reality tv, corporate, and commercials. If you’ve only worked in films, this probably isn’t the right opportunity for you.

Responsibilities include: booking crew, permitting, assisting/creating production schedules, calendars and production reports, and shoot lists, booking domestic and international travel, booking equipment reconciling petty cash, generating PO's, managing insurance requirements and certificates, processing invoices, creating call sheets, tracking costs, developing strategies for post, working with clients, and supporting the Producer. Field work can include: collecting and logging footage, obtaining releases, procuring crew meals, obtaining paperwork, securing transportation, tracking costs, serving as assistant director, etc.

Candidates need to understand the art and science of negotiation for all aspects of production.

Candidates should have a basic knowledge of professional audio, video, lighting equipment. They must be incredibly detail oriented, and able to juggle several projects at once. Knowledge of network deliverables and digital media management is ideal.

Candidates should have a degree in communications or solid production experience or a combination of both. Candidates should have a good understanding of MS Office and the Mac OS X platform.
