We are looking for a photographer that is interested in learning how to shoot several tour products we provide to realtors:

Matterport Tours: (We supply all equipment and training)
HDR Photography: (You supply camera, flash, wireless triggers, wide lens, umbrella, and stand, We supply the training)
Video walk-throughs: (We supply camera and training)
360 Still Photos: (You supply camera we supply lenses and training)
360 Video (We supply equipment and training)

We are not looking for a seasoned professional, but someone familiar with off camera flash. We are looking for someone with some background in photography and an interest in learning how to shoot these other media products. Most importantly, we need someone who understands how to treat our customers right. You will represent our company and must be great with people. Real Estate Photography a plus.

Pay will vary depending on what product you are shooting and how many you are shooting in a day. At a minimum you would earn $50 for roughly two-hours work. At a max when shooting multiple products in a day, you could earn several hundred dollars for the day. A pay rate scale would be provided during our interview process.

Our selection process involves an interview & a basic test to ensure you are able to successfully follow our training process. After passing both stages the right candidate will be awarded the job.

This is an ongoing freelance position where you will be our "go-to" person in your market. Our equipment will stay with you and you will be contacted as our marketing efforts create work for you. We are a 15 year old company with freelancers in most major markets.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Operate camera, sound, lighting and equipment to cover live and taped events
Operate a camera for covering live news around games, practices and feature stories
Interacting with the assignment desk, reporters/anchors, production, control room, and appropriate staff
Gather compelling video, natural sound and work with others to make sure it makes sure it gets distributed on the air
Use courtesy and respect at all times and take extra caution when in the public's eye
Maintain equipment and vehicles by doing preventive maintenance and daily vehicle safety
Edit features, packages, audio and video
Travel to games, events and other out of market assignments

Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license as well as a clean driving record
Must adhere Environmental Health & Safety standards and regulations
3-5 years' experience in a top ten market
Must be willing to submit a background investigation
Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds of equipment at a given time
Cable Reeler (23 pounds)
Light Kit (33 pounds)
Shoulder mount camera (20-25 pounds)
TVU, LiveU, Dejero (portable units) - ranging from 11-18 pounds
Must be able to stand for at least 2 hours at a time (in breaking news situations, may need to stand for longer periods of time - up to 8 hours)
Must be able to maneuver small spaces (in/out of vehicles and to be able to take camera video in tight spaces)
Must be willing to join IBEW Union.
Must be willing to work in Philadelphia, PA & surrounding areas.
Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license for authorized diving in the State of residence.

Ability to simultaneously shoot, edit and operate an ENG newsgathering equipment
Ability to work with bonded cellular live streaming technology such as LiveU, Dejero & TV U and Operate vehicles under company guidelines and within proper safety parameters
Must be able and willing to work different shifts and be flexible with schedule changes
Knowledge and ability to operate communication tools and stay connected with the assignment constituencies
Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an *** Universal-designated worksite.
