Job Requirements: Must be local to location (or willing to work as a local).

Dates

• Filming will take place on June 1st, 2nd & 3rd (only one of these days for a few

hours)

• Location Scout: If we are filming at your studio/space we would like to come by and

check it out prior to filming for lighting and camera set ups. This location scout will

take place around May 24th and 26th.

• Please let me know if there are any conflicts ASAP.

What we need

• Need designer with a space we can film ideally in the downtown area.

• Need designer to have 3 friends helping her work on clothing

What we want to film

• Designer with design team working on clothing (documentary style shoot)

• Documentary style commercial with potential for more $, filming & exposure

Payment

• Designer makes $600 for the day (only a few hours of filming)

• 3 to 4 Friends in studio make 450/day (again only a few hours of filming)

• If they currently have a space we would like to pay to film there for a few hours, we

can discuss the rate.

• 2 year buyout for being in the national spot

We are seeking a creative and resourceful Costume Designer to join our team for an upcoming independent film. This is a unique opportunity for an individual passionate about storytelling through apparel, to bring characters to life in a visually compelling manner. The ideal candidate will have experience in costume design , with a keen ability to work within budget constraints and source materials creatively. This role requires collaboration with the director and actors to develop and execute a cohesive visual style that enhances the narrative and character development of the film.

As this is a low-budget independent project, we are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment and is adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently. The Costume Designer will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of costume production from concept to final on-screen appearance, including sewing, alterations, and on-set adjustments. This position offers the chance to be intimately involved in the filmmaking process and to make a significant impact on the look and feel of the film. Candidates with a portfolio demonstrating previous work in a feature film(s) will be given preference.

Cut garment; take measurement; understand of pattern base; control quality

Basic Qualifications:

Shift duty is required (9 Hours per day, earliest shift starts 7:00am, latest shift ends 10:30pm)
