The HTV Charlotte Ad Operations team supports *** Televisions 35 television stations sales teams across the country. The Senior Ad Operations Manager will be a strategic leader who understands and evaluates the current HTV Charlotte ad operation team and processes and provides recommendations to the leadership team to advance the operations forward. Work with the Senior Management Team to improve operational systems, processes, and policies to support the Ad Ops operation

Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures that effect changes for improvement
