Dans ce cadre, nous recrutons notre futur(e) alternant(e) Assistant(e) charge(e) de casting.

Vos missions :

• Assister le/la charge/chargee de casting Spectacle dans ses tches quotidiennes,
• Traiter les candidatures en liaison avec le charge de casting (reponses ecrites, convocations, saisies dans les systmes),
• Diffuser et communiquer les annonces sur les reseaux professionnels artistiques adequats,
• Assister le/la charge/chargee de casting dans la preparation, l'organisation et la gestion des auditions,
• Convoquer les candidats/candidates aux sessions de recrutement (auditions),
• Proceder aux entretiens d'embauche,
• Receptionner les besoins de recrutement emanant des clients et identifier les candidats ayant le profil recherche dans le vivier de talents et en externe,
• Informer les artistes des conditions contractuelles et proceder leur recrutement,
• Lancer les demandes de contrats d'embauche et suivre toutes les demarches administratives,
• Mettre jour les viviers de candidatures.

Votre profil :

Il s'agit d'une alternance sur 1 an

Vous preparez un Master 2 de developpement culturel territorial ou en Ressources Humaines,

Vous parlez le Franais couramment (C2) et l'Anglais professionnel (C1),

Vous maitrisez les logiciels suivants : packs Office,

Vous tes une personne ayant une reelle aisance relationnelle et collaborative,

Vous tes une personne diplomate, organisee et aimant le travail en Equipe.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Maintain standards and specifications related to food preparation and food handling daily, understand measurement requirements
• Check and maintain proper temperatures throughout the preparation, cooling, holding, and serving of food items
• Observe and test food being cooked by tasting, smelling, and piercing with cooking utensils to determine that food is cooked properly, according to specifications
• Clean kitchen equipment
• Handle special dietary requests and to work with Guest requiring special requests due to dietary concerns
• Prepare sauces "a la minute" using advanced sauce preparation techniques
• Prepares confits and compotes
• Create seasonings, cures and rubs
• Bone and clean shellfish, cut, trim or grind meats, fish or poultry

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Conversational communication skills are required
• Minimum 2 years of recent line cook experience; including grill and saute or a culinary certificate and 1 year of recent line cook experience; including grill and saute
• Knowledge of variety of kitchen equipment, including wood/coal burning grills, broilers, dehydrators, sous vide, vector ovens, blast/recirculating chillers and cryovac
• Proficiency in all stations of the line, including grill and saute, as well as proficient skills with knives, tools and kitchen equipment
• Knowledge of modern and classical cooking, including but not limited to saute, roasting, saucier, braising, and measurements
• Knowledge of butchering experience
• Knowledge and understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines including temperature requirements and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) while understanding the science in cooking temperatures
• Elevated plating techniques
• Advanced product identification and seasonal availability
• Stock and sauce refinement

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Fashion Director, you will support the Bookings Director in the production and casting processes of all editorial main fashion, front of book, jewellery and beauty shoots across Esquire as well as ELLE and Harper's Bazaar, ensuring the smooth running of the bookings process. You will also help manage the Bookings Assistant with day to day workload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to produce beauty, jewellery and any other FOB fashion shoots as requested, including sourcing models, crew and location.
• Ability to support on the production of main fashion shoots, as required.
• Ability to support on occasional cover shoots where casting is involved, as well as associated digital content.
• Ability to book travel, accommodation, and locations in the most efficient and economical manner, and in accordance with *** procedures.
• Ability to handle all paperwork and admin for shoots, including any necessary permits, insurance, and ensure all shoots meet any health and safety compliances as required.
• Responsible for sending out call-sheets as required, and where required, be the liaison *** ween all parties involved in every shoot to ensure clear communication on timings and logistics.
• Ability to commission talent according to the *** commissioning process by ensuring the correct rights agreements or contracts are sent out to photographers / videographers and agents as required.
• Prepared to go on set and assist with production where required.
• Prepared to conduct go-sees plus castings for shoots as required
• Ability to oversee the bookings assistant in ensuring budgets are up to date with accurate forecasts and actual spends, and invoices are processed and logged in a timely manner.
• Ability to work closely with the Editorial Business team to ensure accurate budget tracking, budget management and to ensure maximum cost efficiency at all times.
• Prepared to work on digital editorial content when needed, researching suitable models and new photographers to shoot online content, as well as working on production of these shoots.
• Ability to upload final images to the internal server and Censhare system, and ensure images are tagged with the correct rights and meta data on Censhare.

ABOUT YOU

• Relevant experience in editorial bookings and contacts with model agencies and creative talent agencies.
• In depth knowledge of Elle, Esquire and Harper's Bazaar, including contributing creative teams.
• Interest in fashion trends, models and up and coming creative talent.
• Keen be able to work as part of a creative team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to work to deadlines and multi-task.
• Experience with using a Mac computer, downloading and uploading images.
• Responsible for casting and booking all talent and contributors for Esquire main fashion. This will include sourcing the highest level of models, hair /make up, stylists etc for a luxury brand.
• Able to own all elements of shoot production for Esquire main fashion, including location searches, sourcing caterers and props for shoots, booking travel etc.
• Ability to work together with the Bookings Director on the casting and production of Bazaar and Elle main fashion shoots.

Responsibilities:

Poolside Server Assistant - Responsible for supporting the Guest experience by supporting the Poolside Server. You will deliver food and beverage to our guests, assist in bussing and anticipating the Guests needs. Expect to work in a high Guest ser *** setting where initiating and holding conversations with Guests will be required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Willing to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions and around nature
• Must meet state requirements to obtain Hawaii Liquor Commission card
• Will verify ID's when vending and serving alcohol

• Possess excellent hospitality skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast-paced environment
