As a Senior Financial Analyst in Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you'd use data to inform and empower premier financial leaders so they make the best possible decisions. You'd join a dynamic team whose job is to work directly with finance leaders, both at Corporate and across the *** businesses, by providing insight across the Company.
What You Will Do:
- Prepare forecasts, annual operating plans and five-year plans for the supported Segments
- Prepare dynamic messages for different audiences including corporate management and other high-level executives
- Engage in ad-hoc financial analysis, including special projects at the request of supported client groups as well as other key leaders
- Monitor operating performance
- Interact with extraordinary partners to whom we are dedicated
- Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Showcase your leadership and confidence on a large team
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in Finance
- Possess strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Developed effective business and financial acumen
- A highly professional "client ser *** orientation"
- Experience as a reciprocal teammate who possesses social and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication skills in both oral and written settings
- The flexibility to work with different personalities
- Produce detailed work without data errors
- Sharp presentation and storytelling skills developing presentations on a company's financial performance, and the ability to exercise critical thinking and problem solving
- A versatile "special-projects" orientation coupled with confirmed multi-tasking abilities
- An inherent curiosity driving to ask the right questions
- Experience working in Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in the *** and entertainment industry would be a plus
- Experience with SAP and Cognos
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or other similar field

The hiring range for this position in California is $101,800 to $124,400 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
