Currently manage the facilities, including safety, parking, new employee hires, issues with the building and surrounding areas and the shuttle to offsite parking lots. Responsible for submitting eligible shows for awards, including Emmy's, International Emmy's, New York Festivals Awards, CINE and Reel Screen Awards. Also responsible for tracking ratings of all studio produced shows and keeping track of show schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities included research, contacting talent and negotiating payment for use of footage, scheduling and facilitating interviews with talent and maintaining a tracking grid of all clips, talent and budget for the show. Also acted as a story assist and writer for portions of the show.

Coordinated the production and delivery of final show elements, managed the administration of the Post team, facilitated all Clearance documents and elements for the run of the show, coordinated the final wrap and storage of final video and audio masters and offline editorial materials.

Created logs to track clearance and releases, facilitated all Clearance documents and elements for the run of the show, managed the acquisition of any missing releases and non-cleared logos, coordinated the final wrap and storage of final video and audio masters and offline editorial materials.
