Oversaw the development and expansion of team and team capabilities to support 360 executions, multi-channel deliverables, and ensure best-in-class for talent and product. Eg. Managed the development AR/VR technologies, framework, and process pipeline to allow for turn-key integration of cutting-edge marketing tactics. Cross Collaborated with other organizational teams: Finance, Legal, Corporate Security, HR and other Marketing and Advertising stakeholders to ensure success in all phases of business and project development Determine and managed all key production and creative operations vendor relationships, e.g., project management systems, video production systems, budgeting programs, etc. Managed all financial budgeting, team finance coordination and structure for AT&T / DIRECTV Super Saturday Night event for four years running, 2017-2020. A 22M event with headline celebrity talent that included Lady Gaga, Foo Fighters, Jennifer Lopez and Taylor Swift.

Conducted a cost analysis for application sales that provided clients with four times the digital storage at 65% of the typical cost. Resultant strategy served as the firm’s competitive edge. Collaborated with product and development team to staff UX/UI and engineering teams; established global vendor team relationships with Pakistan and India for extending engineer developer support and to reduce resource costs by close to 30%. Conceptualized and oversaw implementation of a cloud-based digital-content management application that provided distribution and metrics for near uncompressed video and digital media assets. Toyota Motor Sales licensed the organizationally to be utilized by their global marketing agency and dealer user base and realized a savings of over $500K during its first year alone

Established structure and process to ensure and empower people to produce their best work Was responsible for a wide range of output from brand and content campaigns, broadcast content packaging - including title sequence design and execution, as well as oversaw live action production, VFX, and post production creative services for advertising, episodic, Movie Trailers, Music Videos and finishing for Feature Films. Clients included: DIRECTV, EA Sports, The CW TV, WB, HBO, Mattel, Toyota, Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Microsoft, and Lionsgate Streamlined and optimized technical infrastructure for more efficient production workflow by investing in a centralized raid network storage that was designed and structured to support post production pipeline and provide higher bandwidth network traffic speeds. Designed and managed all 2D & 3D Animation rendering hardware infrastructure and technologies, including render management software application, custom coding to support team process and connect with and streamline in-application efficiencies.
