-Co-Manage and develop a team of nineteen people in both NY & LA -Collaborate with the Chief Engineer on facility upgrades -Assist HR and RadicalMedia’s Executive in Charge of Operations on all hiring -Work with RadicalMedia’s financial department to reach budget goals and projections -Collaborate with the other Co-Managing director and Executive of operations to create innovative ways of increasing the profitability of our facility. -Oversee the post producing team closely and advise on all project scheduling/ billing decisions. -Work closely with RadicalMedia’s line and series producers to create efficient project workflows as well as advised on project staffing decisions.
