-Established a full in house operations known as Studio29. -Manage all studio, green room, and equipment bookings for Photo, Styling, & Video needs. -Manage studio staff and internal shooters, delegate duties accordingly. -Purchase/track all equipment purchases for internal inventory. -Generate Weekly reports for the Executives that lays out what is happening in and out of house every week. -Coordinate equipment repairs with vendors. -Establish outside rental/studio relationships for our internal crews. -Work on set for various photo & video shoots (Assistant Camera, Camera Operator, DP, Still Photographer).
