Writing down and distributing episode notes from Producers to Editors and Storyboard Revisionists. Overseeing approval process of all designs sent in by the design studio. Updating and organizing elements of the local server files. Coordinating with freelance artists to get all the designs of the final episode for the season completed along with any straggler designs for other episodes in the season. Aiding in any other task requested of me from fellow coworkers.

 Oversaw the approval and legal clearance of all designs and Assets for F is For Family Season 2.  Organized and updated the project servers.  Adjusted scripts and created Line Grids for Record sessions.  Sent out PIX invites for meetings and hosted the phone calls.  Provided Storyboard artists with all necessary materials.  Exported updated QT’s of all the latest Storyboard Pro files.  Transcribed and distributed all notes from the Punch Up and Edit Sessions.

 Oversaw and coordinated the storyboards from initial Rough Boards all the way through to the final animatic.  Coordinated with Rough Board artists, Layout artists and Storyboard Revisionists.  Coordinated with client to made sure all notes and revisions were addressed.  Coordinated with Script coordinator to make sure all scratch lines were recorded and all scripts were correct and updated.
