Promoted to be the key decision maker and resident expert for all aspects of post-production and media operations after successfully managing the life cycle of 600+ hours of non-fiction and alternative programming annually as a one-woman department. • Managed the delivery of all non-fiction and alternative programming and tracked all production materials from inception to completion including master tapes (long & short form), clips, metadata, file based content and rights bibles assuring quality control. • Served as department trouble-shooter by identifying resource conflicts and providing solutions within a quick response time. • Wrote Program Procedures Manual to standardize production processes, enhance productivity and ensure tech specs and deliverables were uniform across all networks. • Led effort to streamline the delivery process of media content for A+E as well as THC, FYI and LMN and collaborated cross functionally with counterparts to design and integrate manual into an interactive online portal for external suppliers; increased workflow efficiency and speed of program delivery and reduced error rate of tech eval and QC failures. • Evaluated digital content and ensured 100% on time delivery to encoders by integrating several databases into one report. • Managed relationships with external production companies and suppliers, publicists and executive producers and served as the main point of contact for A+E Production, PR, Marketing, Legal, Scheduling, Interactive, Finance and Licensing departments; managed workflow of crucial information regarding all programs and production elements and media requests. 
 • Liaised with Production to manage and facilitate the shooting of any wraps series/specials including shoot locations; wrote and approved wraps scripts, collection of masters and other materials in advance of shoot days.
