I handled the budget, finding the crew members to assembly the team, posting + holding the auditions. I was in charge of finding the locations for the scout, scheduling the locations, the team and the talent. I handled all food and day of costs. I was responsible for paying out all crew and talent.

I was responsible for putting together the crew and acquiring all rental gear. I locked down the locations. Was responsible for all contracts, petty cash and payroll. I was responsible for everything and everyone on set running smoothly, fixing any problems that arose and finding a fast, efficient solution.
