As a Producer I worked alongside the Executive Team to nail down every detail of the production in advance to make going from plan to execution as seamless as possible. My areas of focus being primarily budget and logistics. I also worked on hiring and onboarding crew, working with each department head to get them what they needed, writing the shooting schedules (balancing both motion filming and still photography during the same few days), acquiring COI's, etc. In this case, I was also the First AD once filming began.

As Production Manager I worked alongside the Producers to nail down every detail of the production in advance to make going from plan to execution as seamless as possible. Helping to hire and onboard crew, working with each department head to get them what they needed, coordinating with the location representatives, helping to create the shooting schedule, collaborate with department heads, acquiring COI's, etc. I was also First Assistant Director on this production once filming began. I also was the Co-Director on this Production.

As Location Manager and Scout, I am responsible for finding multiple options for each scene location that would both safely and accurately portray each scene we were looking for, along with detailing where we would set up HMU, Wardrobe, Crafty, Talent Staging, Lunches and parking for grip and camera trucks, etc. Then I negotiated our terms and agreements for each location and assisted with getting COI's and permits for each, then coordinating with each department based upon what their needs would be. In this case I also worked as a Fixer helping to acquire crew, props, vehicles, etc.

As Unit Production Manager I worked alongside the Writer/Director/Producers to nail down every detail of the production in advance to make going from plan to execution as seamless as possible. Helping to hire and onboard crew, working with each department head to get them what they needed, coordinating with the location representatives, helping to polish the script, scouting and booking locations, acquiring permits and COI's, booking lunches, etc. In this case, I was also the Second AD once filming began.

Coordinating with CIVIC, Agency and Ford executives to organize daily schedule throughout event. Working with writing team to coordinate printing and distribution of scripts and other elements. Setting up teams transport, breakfasts and lunches. Etc.

I was a Location Manager, and Scout. Sourced six different locations who were all ready to go on this, got all necessary insurance and permits, locked down contract and details with venue management and managed all location details before, during and after on day of shooting.

Credited as both a Key Set Production Assistant and as a 2nd Assistant Director. Responsible for being 1st AD's go-to PA to plan ahead for upcoming shots, scenes, crew and cast needs, working in tandem with Locations, Art, and G&E departments.

Officially credited as Location Manager, but also worked as a Location Scout and assisted Producer in a number of duties from permitting to insurance COI's to crafty and production equipment hauling.

Working directly with Director and Art Department on executing preparation for upcoming shots and set-ups, setting up location and crafty, transporting production equipment from location to studio and back, working with AD to organize extras and talent, etc.

I was officially credited as both Production Coordinator and Location Manager, but also worked as a Location Scout and Assisted the Line Producer in documenting and tracking all expenses, resources and materials costs, while working in tandem with the Unit Production Manager.
