Found and cast winner of Season 13 among the hundreds of acts submitted and the top 50 acts that made it on air. My team and I are responsible for fully booking and producing over 200 comprehensive routines for the last 2 seasons of AGT. I avidly look for raw talent and transform it for America’s biggest stage. Whether these acts consist of professional performers, human interest stories, world record attempts, or new technology, I make sure all acts are ready for stage. Responsible for coordinating open calls across the country. Each open call has to have a record turnout. My team compiles over 50+ booked acts for the executives, as well as enough “reality” content to film for future b-roll and bites. An integral aspect of my role is pitching to executives. I prepare for weekly meetings in which I am expected to pitch new routines with a great story/context. Prep includes holding pre-interviews with our contestants and helping them translate their talents into our format for TV. I do this by providing feedback on their routines based off what our executives have asked suggested. The end result is another successful and viral season of NBCs biggest summertime variety show.
