Generate call sheets, work with 1st AD to manage set, call actors and manage them on set, make sure children received 3 hours of school time, work with Key PA and PA's to keep production running smooth. Shot in Las Vegas over a 19 day period.

Assisted the Art Director with set decoration and going on runs, went on runs for the production, and helped clean up/break down locations at the end of the day. Set decoration included a party setting with lights (worked closely with G&E), two family home interiors, and outdoor settings.

Decorated a total of five sets that displayed party city's licensed products and toys. Attention to detail was a must, as licensed characters and designs had to take precedent. "Parties" were filmed in our sets that offered ideas for parents.

Set up the backstage area and dressing/holding rooms for live event, make sure featured guests were bring escorted from their seats to backstage prior to their presentation, help usher guests to their seats, breakdown all signage and collateral that belonged to the production company (after the show was over).

Worked with the First AD to run an organized set. Managed talent, getting them through makeup and wardrobe, and to and from set. Making the call sheets, production reports, and printing sides ever shoot day. Helped with pre-production script breakdown.

Assisted the 1st AD in set communication and talent managing. Made sure the set was quiet when camera/sound were rolling. Signaled actors to get to wardrobe/makeup and to set. Crafty assistance and general set upkeep. Loading and unloading equipment. Driving crew to a car scene being shot.
