• Setting up meetings with clients, talents or possible employers • Assessing the talent of prospective clients and auditions • Advise talent on preparation of a resume, choose a good photographer and pick out headshots • Arranging performances or publicity events for clients • Creating advertising strategies and promote talent to industry professionals to try to help talent get auditions • Handling accounting matters and making travel arrangements • Establishing professional relationships with people and organizations

• Assist and coordinate with the Marketing & Promotions Director, Promotions Specialist, Administrative Assistant and other department members • Assist with set-up and/or execution of assigned station events, remotes and station appearances; maintain station promotion and remote equipment within department • Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all station vehicles & equipment, develop, plan and carry out creative ways of increasing public awareness of the station • Serves as a liaison for the promotions department and station assigned during station events, remotes and station appearances • Working with reports, letters and formats with confidential material

• Managing crew on different shoots and coordinate talent • Maintain production schedules and calendars • Ensures smooth office operations by anticipating the executive’s needs and taking action as needed • Provides complete live streaming connection including equipment set-up and camera shots • Providing assistance in editing, graphics, operating switchboard and other control room duties • Assist in production, post-production, and delivery
