Oversaw all aspects of the production manual including reviewing procedures with production teams, creating new forms and updating policies as needed. Administered production resources (PIX, Scenechronize, Box, etc.), integrating new technology when useful and working with studio content security to ensure productions were following best practices. Developed wrap plan with production teams, assisted in budgeting for strike and storage of production assets, managed labor and organization at production asset warehouse.

Provided administrative support for SVP of Physical Production including covering phones, coordinating, travel, managing expenses and overseeing schedule. Managed digital database of all production documents, crew memos, agreements and production schedules. Communicated with below-the-line agencies regarding department head availability, tracked deal negotiations and drafted long form agreements.

Works with production coordinators and department heads during prep, principal photography and post-production to streamline wrap procedures. Provides administrative support to Senior Managers - handling phones, coordinating travel, completing expense reports and managing schedules.

Provided temporary executive assistant support for departments including Special Events, Human Resources, Animation and Archives. Oversaw a multi-line phone system at studio call center.
