I found my passion in production, but is it worth all the risk? Everytime. If I'm not on the grind then I'm not doing enough.

I jumped in doing travel coordinating as the office prepared for production out of state. I rolled calls, manned the schedules/calendars, drawing up documents, communicating with the other executive assistants and coordinators in the office. I was brought in as a temp, as the coordinator was on the road with production, and I had a great relationship with the company and worked on several shows with them.

NBC — TV — Dohner Productions Details

sitting through rehearsal alongside the live and scripted directors and flagging the script for any jokes/lines or actions that would serve as cues and require particular types of camera movement. I also had to go through and mark every shot within the script for the technical director, while then making changes to the rundown and assisting the back-timer time the live show. In order to do the job successfully I had to remain highly organized and coordinate heavily with the directors, script supervisor, and stage managers. I also had to have a running knowledge of the dialogue in order to time accurately. At the end of tape days, my final job was to ensure that rehearsals were timed and formatted into the rundown, then distributed to network.
