-Researched the creative challenges and cost drivers of historical animated films in order to budget and manage the day-to-day financial operations of a ~$200M feature. -Worked cross functionally with 2 Producers and 19 Department Managers to develop weekly staffing reports, offering insights on crew availability and optimum productivity. -Managed the production dialogue recording setup process, ensuring all Talent was compliant with SAG regulation and US employment requirements, enabling 150+ voice recording sessions and on-time payments. -Prepared weekly Estimated Final Cost reports, including forecast vs. variance analysis, for internal labor costs of 400+ crew members, external labor, film operations and post production. -Collaborated with show leadership to prepare and present a quarterly production update for the Pixar Executive Team, including progress metrics and final cost reports used to ensure the feature film is on track and on budget.

Wrote, directed and supervised post production for a $30K budget live-action short film, Strength (2020), through the Pixar Co-op Program, spearheading both creative and production management with 40 crew members and a cast of 11.

Produced, wrote, and directed a $30K budget live-action series pilot, Building Blocks (2018), with 25 crew members and 8 cast members, managing the end-to-end pipeline from development to post production.
