Scheduled shoots with director, created call sheets, gathered crew together, maintained communication with all cast and crew throughout production, picked up actors and brought them to set, assisted camera operator when necessary, edited first three drafts of the short film.

Met with crew members, picked up equipment, set up airline flights, conducted research for shoots, attended shoots as a Production Assistant, and assisted producers with a publicity stunt at South By Southwest. I was a jack-of-all-trades in this environment and learned a lot.

Assisted the Assistant Director with errands on set, made sure actors were taken care of in-between shots, set up craft services at each location, assisted the make-up artist when she was no longer available to perform her duties.

Edited footage taken in the Amazon by accomplished classical guitarist Susan Mcdonald for her multimedia project.

Logged clips as they came in during production, helped as a Production Assistant on set when necessary, and helped to operate the social media accounts for the film in the office after production was complete.

Traveled to Romania for five weeks with a guerrilla crew of six to shoot a feature-length documentary about the Bucovina region of Romania and its incredible history. This was my first professional experience after graduating college.
