Produce and direct first TWO audition programs Produce artist packages and overarching stories for contestants

• Supervising a team of editors, associate producers and production assistants on a wide range of projects •Coordinating post-production for different shows •Drafting film budgets and monitoring expenditures • Leading concept development, graphics, storytelling and delivery of segment ideas • Collaborating with team leadership and other key stakeholders on key editing and production decisions • Accentuating successes and opportunities for improvement in all areas of production
