Underwent entire process for a Permit from FilmLA, managed PAs, coordinated Vendors, reconciled receipts, set up Base Camp every day, coordinated Catering for last minute changes to avoid meal penalties, anticipated the needs for the crew on a day to day, worked closely with Production Manager and Line Producer and AD team to make our day and make sure we had all the supplies we needed.

Underwent entire process for a Permit from FilmLA, managed PAs, coordinated Vendors, reconciled receipts, set up Base Camp every day, coordinated Catering for last minute changes to avoid meal penalties, anticipated the needs for the crew on a day to day, worked with multiple celebrities, and booked cars and flights for Talent.

Lead the team in a creative endeavor to produce a short film with 3 different locations in a single 12 hour day. Worked closely with the department heads to make my vision come to life, as well as executing the story from the script to my vision. I worked within the confines of the 48 Hour Film Festival to get everything produced and shot in 12 hours, working quickly and making split second decisions without compromising my views.

I have experience managing crews of up to 30 people. I have created Call Sheets , managed logistics, travel , booked crew, vetted vendors, collected invoices, procured permits, interfaced with celebrities and lead creatives. On set I am known for my calm and assertive demeanor. I am always managing production company expectations while also ensuring the creative vision's integrity is a priority.

Worked closely with the Line Producer, picked up Gear and Equipment, drove sprinters and passenger vans, coordinated lunch and its pickup, fulfilled needs of crew on set, predicted needs of crew on set.

Set PA distributing waivers and NDAs as well as helping the Camera Department with any all needs for a couple shoots. Also canvassed a neighborhood letting residents know of filming in a nearby area.

Primarily responsible for pick ups and drop offs of camera equipment, craft services, and other miscellaneous gear for the actual filming. Long distance driving as well as abided by a strict time schedule for all of the pick ups and drop offs.

During the MoCAP recording I was responsible for capturing the process of Face Capture, Motion Capture, as well as the Creator talking about the entire process and everything that went into the project. Got excessive B-Roll for future funding use.
