• Responsible for distributing information including, but not limited to, call sheets, day out of days, production reports, SAG contracts, accident reports, etc. • Managed incoming and outgoing packages (including freight) for every department. • Used excel to create crew list and extension guide. • Compiled and delivered color-coded scripts to crew and talent. • Kept the production office a clean and friendly environment for the crew. • Compiled physical and digital wrap binder for ABC executives. • Answered/transferred all phone calls
