I write and voice the characters in the animations. The series is an animated production of the content featured on Hope That Helps. Hope That Helps is the website and Facebook page that features screenshots of fake responses to real customers posting complaints on corporate Facebook pages. I respond, posing as a "Customer Service" representative for the company. My responses are passive aggressive and humorous. The content has been featured on College Humor, Someecards, Chicago Tribune, Fox News, The Daily Dot, and a vast variety of publications. The animations also feature Joel Oldsteen, a character I created to respond to fans of the Lakewood Church pastor Joel Osteen, who is based in Houston, Texas. In October 2015, the Houston Chronicle featured my content and reported on the "Oldsteen" trolling, which had gained online notoriety. When requested for comment, Lakewood spokeswoman Andrea Davis said by email. "When you achieve a certain level of influence in social media, parody accounts are a fact of life, satire is a part of the American way."

I was assigned to help punch up a script for a web series short to be pitched to Adult Swim and potentially aired on their website. My job was to read over the script, find places I could insert humor, and submit any ideas to enhance the script or make it funnier.
