Production Assistant

I​ ​worked​ ​directly​ ​with​ ​platinum-selling​ ​musician​ ​Drake​ ​and​ ​other​ ​artists​ ​to​ ​make​ ​sure​ ​their​ ​guest​ ​lists,  hotels,​ ​and​ ​other​ ​travel​ ​arrangements​ ​were​ ​taken​ ​care​ ​of.​ ​I​ ​coordinated​ ​very​ ​closely​ ​with​ ​their​ ​management  teams​ ​to​ ​see​ ​that​ ​all​ ​requirements​ ​were​ ​fulfilled​ ​in​ ​a​ ​timely​ ​fashio​n

Tasks​ ​included​ ​booking​ ​hotels​ ​and​ ​flights,​ ​tour​ ​accounting/budgets,​ ​facilitating​ ​media​ ​interaction​ ​between  Keith​ ​Ape​ ​and​ ​various​ ​outlets,​ ​stage​ ​managing​ ​for​ ​Keith​ ​Ape​ ​and​ ​our​ ​support​ ​acts,​ ​advancing,​ ​settling​ ​with  promoters,​ ​and​ ​general​ ​tasks​ ​associated​ ​with​ ​being​ ​on​ ​the​ ​road.​ ​*I​ ​still​ ​am​ ​actively​ ​involved​ ​with​ ​Keith​ ​Ape  and​ ​his​ ​team​ ​in​ ​Los​ ​Angeles​ ​and​ ​help​ ​where​ ​needed. 

I​ ​have​ ​been​ ​assistant​ ​tour​ ​manager​ ​on​ ​RiFF​ ​RAFF’s​ ​last​ ​two​ ​nationwide​ ​tours.​ ​On​ ​the​ ​Peach​ ​Panther​ ​Tour,  initially​ ​I​ ​was​ ​solely​ ​responsible​ ​for​ ​merchandise​ ​sales,​ ​but​ ​due​ ​to​ ​unforeseen​ ​circumstances​ ​I​ ​became  100%​ ​responsible​ ​for​ ​tour​ ​accounting,​ ​advancing,​ ​managing​ ​eleven​ ​other​ ​crew​ ​members/performers,​ ​and  handling​ ​negotiations​ ​between​ ​the​ ​artists,​ ​venues,​ ​and​ ​the​ ​record​ ​label.​ ​On​ ​the​ ​Aquaberry​ ​Aquarius​ ​tour​ ​I  did​ ​tour​ ​advancing​ ​and​ ​organized​ ​a​ ​major​ ​pet​ ​adoption​ ​drive​ ​at​ ​every​ ​tour​ ​stop​ ​that​ ​received​ ​local​ ​and  national​ ​news​ ​coverage,​ ​along​ ​with​ ​the​ ​previous​ ​roles​ ​from​ ​the​ ​first​ ​tour​ ​I​ ​worked​ ​on​ ​with​ ​him.
