The show followed the families of Donnell Rawlings (comedian, "Chappelle’s Show”), Daniel Cosgrove (“Billions”, “Days of Our Lives”) and DJ Skribble (MTV). Within 8 weeks of hiring me, we started shooting! We cast three celebrity dads and their families, hired a full creative staff, technical crew and editorial department consisting of four editors, assistant editors and post team! My role as show runner had me do various important tasks such as overseeing the story producers, making sure locations were locked on time, working with Production Management on issuing COI’s, release forms and location permits, communicating with the cast on a daily basis, getting backup field drives to the post department. All eight one-hour episodes aired on schedule and within budget. It was a very challenging series and I’m very proud of how it all came together with our small first season staff.

Launched-the-first-season-of-this-thirty minute hidden-camera music-performance reality- hybrid-series.-Oversaw-a-staff-of-20,-made-up-of-directors,-researchers,-segment-producers-and-a- five-editor-post-team. Greenlit-without-a-pilot, the-series-went-directly-into-production-and- developed-as-we-were-shooting. After-only-one-month-in-production,-the-network- increased-the-series-order-by-8-episodes.

Organized-all-aspects-of-production-for-this-thirty minute-sports-studio-talk-series-including- talent-bookings,-generating-show-topics,-scripting,-studio-direction,-graphic-elements-and-post.-- Each-of-the-five-episodes-were-shot-on-a-virtual-set-with-a-host-and-three-celebrity-panelists.

Oversaw all aspects of the production. Supervised 3 edit rooms with 3 editors and 4 assistant editors during Super Bowl week.

Guided-all-aspects-of-production-for-this-thirty minute pop-culture-music comedy-series. Performed-in-the-field-as-the-show-director-using-five-cameras. Oversaw-a-staff-of-20,-with-a-five- editor-post-team-working-the-overnight-shift.

Screened and strung out footage on an Avid and wrote voice-over.
