Determined what camera equipment was necessary and obtained equipment. Transported, set up, and operated various production equipment including cameras, audio and video recorders, lighting equipment and props. Operated and maintained proper levels and calibration of cameras, audio and video. Collected b-roll footage of event as well as interviews.

Logged live footage of the music festival. Logged notes used by the producer for postproduction. Managed notes for the director indicating where improvements should me made and assisted with craft services for the production crew.

Assembled tripods, monitors, lighting, cables and leads prior to filming. Planned shots, practiced camera movements, and collaborated with the director and producer to discuss their visions for the production, as well as filming techniques.

Watched scenes and determined which would end up on the cutting room floor. Rearranged scenes, worked with and manipulated raw camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics and special effects. Determined which camera angles to use, inserted music and sound effects and used nonlinear digital editing systems to do so.
