Hire crew and secure gear for SHARKFEST special filming in California, North Carolina, Florida and Bahamas. Work with UK Production office to arrange travel and logistical needs for CA and Bahama shoot. Arrange logistical needs and travel for NC & FL shoot to oversee and manage all production needs on location including: Boat rental, Drone operations, permits, dive and safety coordinators, Risk assessments and Covid Protocol.

Oversee all productions needs in the field for first season of new Nat Geo Season. Was main point of contact for production company based out of London UK. Located crew, secured housing, arranged travel and setup paperwork with Payroll service. Also handled all contract and Deal memos. During productions kept tract of funds, updated expenses in Cost Manager, kept Senior Staff in London updated Daily.

Run all Production needs for 10 person crew + 3 person cast while shooting on location. Handle travel arrangements, vehicle transportation, crew meals, per diem, supplies and all credit/cash reports.

Oversee the design, build out and tour management of three tractor-trailer based mobile marketing tours showcasing medical technology and equipment. Work daily with marketing leads for the healthcare clients, secure and confirm location stops across North America, and keep track of Hours Of Service and other safety mandates to keep equipment and driver current with federal regulations. Selected Contributions: ♣ Coordinate all event notes for each stop, including venue contact, Client Sales Representative’s, special permits and parking information as well as post visit notes for future tours. ♣ Track and log daily mileage, driver’s hours, truck permitting and fuel tax records. ♣ Reconcile and file all tour receipts/cost at the end of each month and track any additional cost while notifying clients.

Work with PM to manage all flight and hotel arrangements for crew members. Oversee local hire PA’s and manage their daily tasks. Create call sheets and travel arrangements for each shoot day. Manage field credit cards and petty cash, completing all PC reports for myself and the creative team as well as weekly credit card reconciliation and receipt scanning for Wells Fargo Portal. Ship daily drives to post back in NYC and finish weekly Production Reports. Track daily hours for all crew and complete time cards and per diem each week. Handled all expendable, gear and crafty orders throughout the run of production.

Created daily detailed shot logs of each “pick day” and also tracked all purchases and purchase amounts by the talent. Sent daily logs, wardrobe photos, items purchased list and OTF’s owed reports to production office. Split interviews with director and handled all of Franks Post pick interviews. Built and printed off “block book” after each 2-week long field shoot for Post and Production Management.
