Logistics and planning for two filming crew teams at two different bike shops (in different towns) everyday. Traveling show, maintained the field crew relationship with production management in the NYC office. Call sheets, travel, gear management (noting damage, replacing, rentals, etc..), budget tracking, petty cash and company credit card responsibilities, every day needs of crafty/lunch/runs/vehicles with the help of a PA. Made sure producers/crew were getting what was needed in order to get the scene/day done and in the can with no or as little problems as possible.

Organized crew, gear, office protocol, pre production, on the field and post. Handled releases, helped manage flow of set, traveled to Austin Tx and worked with traveling crew as well as local. Made sure production had everything it needed or was provided for in last minute situations.

This was a low budget show with a skeleton crew, everyone was wearing many hats for this gritty docu-series show.

Transporting goods, props, foods, and crew when needed, cleaning up around home base, it was a huge set spanning a few acres, helping the challenge team when they were working out the obstacles for the contestants, cleaning up after art and construction

Errands, released groups of people, and handled gear, which is normal for a PA, but to better the show, I have been ACing, micing up talent, and even booming scenes, and loved every minute of it! This showed me that even with a small crew we can make magic happen!

Crowd control,being able to help possible cast out with any questions or concerns, getting them registered for the show.

Running multiple lavs, (no sound guy) camera notes, keeping up with batteries and cards, carrying sticks and camera for quick resets, etc. Setting up green screen and lights.
