Assisted with non-fiction video production and post-production including pre-production participant research, storyboarding each shoot’s visual direction, onset camera operating and building interview looks, media management, scripting video concepts and implementing client notes in the edit. Worked closely with clients on discovering their needs and making that vision a reality by advising on deliverables, constructing production goals, deadlines and conceptualizing the project’s mission.

Translated clients marketing plan into products for multiple digital platforms under quick deadlines. Produced political campaigns and social media ads for the 2020 election including all branding for Fair Fight Action. Team virtually produced 1248 ads, doubling output from the previous 2016 campaign cycle. Conceptualized and managed all production stages; oversaw the creative direction and messaging for scripts, regulated production demands and schedules (with current COVID protocols), and worked closely with the editing and motion graphics departments to translate clear notes from the client to our team. Researched, scheduled and directed interviews with experts, victims, candidates and voice over actors. Supervised department deliverables, production budgets, licensing archive and client payments.

+ Produced undercover content for a weeklong protest where I identified and captured vital story beats and scenes, conducted on the go interviews and oversaw daily production needs for team. + Accumulated in-depth research about the political climate surrounding the opposing parties at the protest in order to obtain accurate visuals and sound bites to further the story.

+ Created master workflow for archive assets and project research, worked with interns on projects and gave them daily tasks, scheduled travel for pre-interviews and crew, scripted interview questions. + Managed production budgets and tracked company spending, conducted extensive research on fundraising opportunities, drafted and edited fundraising proposals.
