I worked under production designer James “Scotty” Morris. I met with PD and director to talk about the aesthetics. My duties included handling petty cash and receipts as well as top sheets, finding/purchasing/ordering items needed to dress sets, keeping set dressing organized, dressing and opening sets, striking sets.

My responsibilities on this production included shuttling staff, assisting with equipment unload and upload, stocking crafty, and picking up and dropping off transportation to rental facility.

My responsibilities on this show included taking field notes for production based on activities and conversations performed by the cast, keeping track of email threads and writing interview questions.

I followed cameras and cast and secured releases, and also filled out releases and assisted in preparations for filing. I also prepared blank releases and bags. I also transported the crew in large vehicles. Other duties included preparing crafty and catering, cleaning, assisting in filing receipts, occasionally organizing lunch orders.

I was responsible for transporting crew and equipment in 15 passenger vehicles and cube trucks. Other duties included preparing crafty and catering, cleaning, occasionally assisting crew with covering antennas and packing equipment, and organizing and picking up lunch orders. I also made shopping trips for Art Department.

I was responsible for making a key prop for one of the scenes. I took direction from the Art Director then developed and built the prop to proper specifications.

I was responsible for taking direction from the Director of the film in building the shooting schedule. I was also the liaison between the Director and Production, Art Department, and Wardrobe Department. I assisted in filming casting auditions. I also handled and kept track of PC.

I was responsible for resetting the scenes after each take as well as dressing scenes under the direction of the Art Director.

I came in during wrap to assist the Art Department in which they were shooting, by assisting in repainting, repairs, clean-up, re-carpeting, and packing Art Department supplies.
