Production Coordinator in a high-budgeted NYE event overseeing concept to completion. Responsible for delegating duties to stage, catering and beverage crew members. Monitored guest lists and organized transportation routes most efficiently. Assisted talent and talent's entourage providing VIP holding rooms, respectable food, beverages and a smooth performance.

Responsible for transporting talent, setting up tables and chairs, craft services, and preparing several VIP holding rooms for talent and talent's family. Running various errands for the production team and executives. Managed the guest list by checking in audience members and escorting them to their respectable seating areas.

Responsible for transporting talent, crew, and equipment from production office to stage. Assisting all production and field production departments on a daily basis whether in lighting, grip, wardrobe, casting and art department. Daily runs and prepping for dinner services, repositioning equipment and set furniture, and helping manage cast and talent.

Assisting executives and production coordinators in scheduling, budgeting, and related production reports for reality, scripted drama and comedy television shows. Production assisted on various Sony TV and non-scripted programs.
