Maintain cast and crew on an efficient schedule with extensive knowledge of the shooting schedule. Maintain a detailed record of shot list, with the Director’s, Cinematographer’s, and Audio’s comments. Work closely with co-workers, allowing for maximum creativity and maximum efficiency.

Assembling a 'rough cut' to determine the sequence of the film and the cutting or adding require for the next and/or final stage. Experimenting with styles and techniques to convey pathos, ethos and logos. Receiving shot list and brief outline of each shot that concurs with the director's vision.

Planning and working along side with DOP, production designers, and producers to achieve a visual "look". Provide direction or suggestions to actors. Oversee cast and crew with enough flexibility to encourage their professional creativity.

Create a universe with minimalist locations that convey the mood of the short film. Revise and edit scripts until approved. Create relate-able and provocative characters and dialog that catch the attention of the audience.

Assist with video recordings and maintaining a log of dances and file numbers. Run cables and insure a safe working environment. Assist other videographers with new batteries and memory cards.

Find minimalist props and costumes to accentuate the characters' personalities. Adhere to a budget. Decorate a set that will convey the director's creativity and effective intent.

Assist Producer with scouting for locations that will fit the Director’s image for the film and also not be detrimental for Cinematographer and Lead Audio. Provide costumes and props, adhering to a budget. Work closely with co-workers, allowing for maximum creativity and maximum efficiency.
