• Organizing and maintaining Sharknado and Syfy Production assets which includes: o Managing production trackers for shows and movie, including organizing links to interview footage, transcriptions, and any assets o Tracking of all final production assets o Finding and clearing exclusive clips through PR and show production o Maintaining a strict production calendar to help guide other Syfy departments • Assisting in brainstorming and managing Sharknado and Syfy promotion which consists of: o Being primary liaison with production companies for final delivery of promo masters o Working with production managers to deliverer trailers and teasers as needed • Other Duties include but are not limited to: o Route social and creative copy to Creative Director and VP of Design o Help produce and track assets for internal partnerships and ideas o Submit and track invoices for budgets o Editing, tagging, and transcoding as neede

• Collaborate with AMP Account Executives and corporate partners in marketing their brand. • Coordinate various sales and promotional efforts to improve station popularity through live events and on-air giveaways • Complete recaps of events for sales department and station’s promotional partners • Demonstrate ability to speak and present items on-site at events

• Provide the creative input for different production while working with different client’s needs. • Perform as primary liaison between students and faculty in production and marketing situations. • Specifically chosen to accompany senior producers on field shoots to conduct interviews and shoot footage for programs.
