Researched, recruited, and conducted Skype interviews for a new and exciting show for BRAVO.

Worked closely with the producer and creative director to successfully bring production’s vision to fruition by hiring top-notch local support, securing locations, ordering gear needed for the shoot, and providing a variety of props while keeping production within budget.

Demonstrated leadership and support in the field for a new MTV pilot. Secured all locations for the pilot, and wrangled talent to assure a prompt start and solid story beats.

Worked closely with the Atlanta Casting Director and the film’s Director, Haifaa Al-Mansour, to find the best local cast for Netflix’s “Nappily Ever After.” Executed deal memos and submitted all SAG paperwork (Deal memos, Station 12 and Taft Hartley's) in a timely manner for the 14 documentary participants as well as celebrities, RonReaco, John Salley, and comedian George Wallace.

Successfully collaborated in the development of a new docu-series for A&E by gathering outstanding research, leading the outreach team to gain access to film, and formulating documents to present to the network executives. • Field Produced one of the main character’s backstory for the aforementioned series

Managed a field crew of 10-15 through each scene and kept production on schedule. Directed cameras in the field and effectively motivated talent to yield the best results in a scene to follow their storyline's trajectory. Informed post team nightly with summary recaps and talent insight, and conducted both sit-down and on-the-fly interviews. (Episodes 6-10)

Productively captured each scene through live logs and hot sheets. Suggested future story ideas, drafted compelling questions for green screen interviews, and communicated story highlights to the Executive Producer nightly.

Conducted outreach to agents and talent in the Atlanta, Washington D.C. and New York markets. Cast all the students for the segment.

Guided talent through fascinating storytelling on weight loss. Documented all aspects of the shoot as the single shooter producer in the field. Reinforced production management and post team. Tracked production shoots and costs, coordinated trade out agreements, obtained location clearances usually at no cost to production, shot footage on SONY 70U, ingested and logged footage for easy transition from field to post.

Coordinated with the 1st AD to keep PSA on schedule. Managed the behind the scenes documentary team, prepped talent, and confirmed text for the teleprompter matched final script changes.

Collaborated with the Field Producer in story development. Documented each scene, prepped additional talent, and structured interview questions and story beats to drive the story forward. Ensured all logistics were complete for an easy transition from the field to post.

Led a casting team of 5-10 employees to discover the best local and national candidates for multiple episodes for two seasons of MTV’s MADE and one season of CMT’s MADE. Conducted and edited coach interviews using Final Cut Pro 7. Produced “greenlight” casting shoots to secure talent and MADE subjects before going to production. Designed talent bios to present to network executives. Negotiated coach rates, contract terms, and managed coach/talent budget. Served as the series representative at numerous functions and events.
